Do you have a complaint or question with a utility company that you have been unable to resolve on your own? CUB\u2019s Consumer Advocacy Department may be able to help.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Please complete the applicable form with as much information as possible. Your submission will be assigned to one of our consumer rights specialists and will be responded to in the order it was received. By completing this form, you authorize our specialists to submit this form to our contacts at the applicable utility company for the sole purpose of resolving your complaint.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

If you have already filed a complaint with the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC),<\/a>please DO NOT complete this form or call our office. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you further. Instead, you will need to reach back out to the ICC and complete your complaint with that entity. The ICC can be reached at\u00a01-800-524-0795<\/strong>, Monday through Friday between 8:30-5:00.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
