You&#8217;re in luck&#8211; the <a href=\"https:\/\/epa.illinois.gov\/topics\/ceja\/electric-vehicle-rebates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Illinois Environmental Protection Agency &#8216;s Electric Vehicle Rebate program<\/strong><\/a> is open for rebate applications between now and <strong>January 31st<\/strong>. The income-qualified program&#8217;s rebate amounts include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A $4,000 rebate to a low-income applicant, as defined in the EV Rebate Act, for the purchase of an all-electric vehicle that is not an electric motorcycle (See Section 2 of the Instructions).<\/li>\n<li>A $2,000 rebate to an applicant that is eligible to apply for a rebate but does not meet the low-income criteria for the purchase of an all-electric vehicle that is not an electric motorcycle.<\/li>\n<li>A $1,500 rebate to an eligible applicant for the purchase of an all-electric motorcycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants must apply for the rebate during an open rebate cycle and within 180-days of vehicle purchase using the application forms available on <a href=\"https:\/\/epa.illinois.gov\/topics\/ceja\/electric-vehicle-rebates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>the program webpage<\/strong><\/a>.
