The program offers HVAC, water heater and weatherization rebates. New equipment must be installed and old equipment removed. Only new products that meet or exceed the standards listed on the application qualify for a rebate. Rebates may not exceed the project cost. Complete details of terms and conditions can be found on the application form for HVAC, water heating and thermostat rebates. To be eligible for weatherization rebates (attic insulation, wall insulation, air sealing and duct sealing), an approved contractor must complete weatherization projects.
